A Systematic Literature Review of the IT-Based Supply Chain Management System: Towards a Sustainable Supply Chain Management Model

The concept of sustainability has been highly valued by all aspects life, while the supply chain plays a critical role in production and logistics. Supply management (SCM) is continuously transformed information technology (IT). purpose this study to review discuss effect technology-based SCM on sustainability. This paper conducted systematic literature collecting author-anchored keywords from peer-reviewed articles IT-based management. A total 1264 2575 eleven chain-related journals were analysed with social network analysis. knowledge map ten research hot topics was identified. Additionally, sustainable (SSCM) model developed not only guide researchers further understand topical structural meanings but also contribute enlightening coherent rigorous body theories relevant academics logistics managers interested SSCM.
